Week 1: Launching Joyful Learning

As we are embarking on a new season of learning.  I thought it would be fun to share all the wonderful ways to learn in fun and creative ways.  My hope is that this little blog will provide my family as well as yours joyful opportunities for learning together. If you have any ideas, then please feel free to connect with me.

So every Monday, I’ll share 3 Joyful Learning ideas!

1st Joyful Learning Idea

Klint Painting and Photos

The Getty Museum has created a challenge to get “you to recreate a work of art with objects (and people) in your home.”

  1. Choose your favourite artwork.
  2. Find three things lying around your house.
  3. Recreate the artwork with those items.

So the Pimentel household enjoyed created many forms of art.  One by Cattelan (yes that taped banana sold in real life for $120,000) and one by Klimt.  Why not join the fun?  Create a fun work of art at home?  Learn about an artist and a work of art in the process?
